It was 2009 the year that beheld the birth of Los Drunken Cowboys in Aragon landscapes, a band which develops a personal particular style that could be defined as American Country & Western Ethylic Folk Punk sung in Spanish, where they mix with originality the roots of American music and Irish influences with fast rock and punk rhythms After a demo tape and two albums, they now bring us a new interesting project they define as an opera buffa with pagan invocations to gods to whom they raise their cups to toast for the eleven songs included in this Invocatio Ad Deos Etilicorum The band includes Juancho Rubio, the Tijuana lizard, on vocals, harmonica and banjo, Julio Rubio, the Huesconsin skunk, on electric and acoustic guitars, dobro, mouth harp, keyboards and backing vocals, Ismael Pastor, the Chicago pyromaniac, on bass, Victor Palacin, the Balkalacran drunkard, on violin and José Luis Sanz, the Illinois fist, on drums With some special music collaborations, this recording becomes a different project from what you can usually find in the national market, which makes it a real curiosity for daring people looking for new musical discoveries
