In recent years many European bands have discovered those old blues sounds, they manage to combine with contemporary rock in an attractive well developed speech This is the case of Belgian band Little Hook which, in this first album, introduce themselves as a new band ready to turn upside down the most daring experimental blues scene, thanks to an original different and explosive musical style, where they combine their diverse musical influences, from Mississippi Hill Country Blues to the French chanson, rock ballads and even they get closer to the most actual swamp indie pop, performed in a formal way that includes a certain ambiguous exhibitionism, besides an style and a purpose that take us back to the 70’s and 80’s rock Little Hook shows an exceptional energy able to immediately catch listeners, so get ready and let yourself be driven by the killing guitars of Renaud Lesire and Bart Mulders, the heartbreaking Big Dave Renierds’ harmonica playing, the original voice of Renaud Lesire and the beat that comes in every song like an explosive magic fireworks by drummer and percussionist Steve Wouters
