Thanks to their twenty-year career and nine released albums, the music of Levee Town flows totally spontaneously when these musicians perform their appealing repertoire. Their songs have also become much more refined and less incendiary than before, thanks to the experience singer and guitar player Brandon Hudspeth has gradually got in terms of musical composition, besides sweetening his heavy tastes.

The album gathers seven own compositions written during the pandemic which, not only talk about Covid but also tell stories from different people and situations Brandon knows well. It also includes two versions, “Lookin’ For My Baby” coming from Little Milton and “The Stumble” by Freddie King.

Starting from deep influences coming from T-Bone Walker, Bob Willis or Freddie King, the group also brings new surprises that remind the music of Tennessee Two, Davie Allan or Ennio Morricone, without forgetting their most personal sounds that let their songs have a distinctive stamp different from other similar bands. All these ingredients will make listeners feel completely attracted and caught by this interesting band which surely will not disappoint them.

Besides Brandon Hudspeth on vocals and guitar, The Leeve Town includes Jacque Garoutte on bass and vocals and Adam Hagerman on drums.
