Influenced by Albert King and Eric Clapton, but also by Thin Lizzy or The Rainbows, guitar player Lionel Wernert, together by his faithful partner and singer Gipsy Bacuet, decided to start a musical project called Lee O’Nell Blues Gang with the purpose to make his way into the always difficult rock-blues business.

Lionel is a self-taught musician, son of the most powerful actual rock, who has many things to say. Musically speaking, he moves through a personal and reflective universe, trying to stand out by providing a very personal rock vision together with a particular way of displaying and selling it, where he mixes modernity and glamour with riffs that become really catchy and pleasant, although this does not mean he is sugary and mellow. Over this basis our man has built up a musical project where Gipsy Bacuet’s magic and voice moves like a fish in water, skillfully developing their repertoire. They are backed by Philippe Dandrimont on bass, François Barisaux on keyboards and Pierre Alain Delaunoy on drums. Only mention that in the song “Let The Good Times Roll” you will find Fred Chapellier on guitar who plays the first solo and Leadfoot Rivet on vocals.
