With this second album Lee Delray gives a happy new air to his music, based in attractive own songs and powerful roaring well defined guitar riffs Lee Delray grew up in New York City where he picked up lots of musical influences which can be found in all the songs that make up this album, from country to soul, doo-wop, rock, a little bit of funk or even hip-hop, but always with a blues flavour that becomes the hallmark that flows in all Lee Delray’s music Although our man follows and deeply admires the more orthodox blues, he always tries to give a different rhythm and an catching sound to all songs and, in this way, make blues music more appealing to the new young audiences, something he really reaches, thanks to the good support of musicians like John Meola on bass and Ken Conklin on drums, plus a handful of guest musicians who give joy to a party where Lee’s voice and guitar become the perfect hosts
