King Kong Blues is a trio of Bordeaux based musicians formed with two guitar players and a drummer They are singer and guitar player Alex, who comes from punk music scene, guitar player Gino who comes from trash rock and drummer Gilou who, together with Gino, have played in different rock bands Musically speaking, the trio performs a style which is halfway between punk blues and dirty garage blues, that gives them a personal hard-hitting sound For the recording the three musicians went to Silver Studios in Bilbao (Spain), where they counted with the valuable supervision and production of Martin Guevara, who did a remarkable job The King Kong Blues new album includes twelve songs performed in a raw wild primitive way with a subversive and rogue music where, starting in some blues structures, they walk around the most aggressive punk rock roads with a rebel, challenging and provocative attitude With more than two hundred concerts and tours in France, Spain, Netherlands or Portugal, this last recording is undoubtedly focused to satisfy a certain segment of audience, including some anti-system groups with a certain anarchist attitude
