Born in 1963 in White Plains, New York, Keith Scott discovered the music by listening to Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Grand Funk Railroad When he heard for the first time to Muddy Waters in 1978, he decided his life would have no sense if he did not devote exclusively to perform the blues For many years Keith backed such great bluesmen like Eddie Taylor, John Littlejohn and Jimmy Dawkins, with whom during the eighties and nineties did countless tours both by the United States and Europe In this new work Keith Scott delights us with eleven acoustic songs where he plays guitar, dobro, banjo and harmonica, also backed by Howie Kantoff on percussion Keith develops a unique and very personal style, performing a rough, harsh rural blues that probably will find place in the hearts of most listeners ready open themselves with no prejudices to a honest convincing music, with a special style than, coming from Keith Scott, will surely be appreciated by many good fans
