Kat Riggins is a passionate woman who tries to give a raw emotion in each note that comes out of her throat Her greatest aim is to make feel people the same she feels when she plays her music Together with her band, The Blues Revival, she travels around the world but now she has done a break to record this album Eight own song and two carefully chosen covers, arranged and performed to communicate all the feeling and groove she is able to bring, on a strong combination of traditional blues with various elements of gospel, southern rock and even some hip-hop drops With Darrell Raines on guitars, keyboards and backing vocals, George Caldwell on bass, Doc Allison on drums and the special collaboration of Stephen Hooper Lombardelli on sax in the song Now I See (Ooh Wee), the energetic sensuous Kat Riggins shows she was born to be on stage This is an excellent album that gives us a delightful seasoned blues that undoubtedly will be enthusiastically devoured by all people fond of this musical genre
