JW-Jones is one of the young musicians who is now giving an amazing vitality to actual blues scene In a short time he has managed to get a name, not only among music lovers but also among specialized media and his blues music colleagues Basically he has got an undeniable credibility thanks to his instrumental technique and vocal qualities that dazzle audiences, especially women ones This time, JW-Jones presents eleven previously unreleased songs that were in the repertoire of the two successful shows he performed live on a trio format at the Gatineau QC Theatre, which have been collected in this album to enhance JW-Jones’ skills, but that also show the passion, soul, energy and commitment he gives to each and every one of the tracks Besides playing some twelve bar blues, two of the album songs I Don’t Believe A Word You Say and Moanin’ at Midnight let us discover a wide range of unusual facets in his guitar playing With 5’59 and 9’37 minutes length, these two songs become a true example and of the guitar experimentation JW-Jones is able to do when he decides to move away from traditional blues roads and goes deep into other more psychedelic musical dimensions
