Julian Sas is a restless musician who never stops to investigate along the winding blues and rock roads In this ninth album he has collected most of what he has learned along his many years of career As the title shows Coming Home becomes a good example of his varied influences he has gathered from the moment he started to play To do so he has changed his band to get more stage presence and a greater instrumental power where, besides Julian Sas on vocals and guitar, you will also find Tenny Tahamata on bass, Rob Heijne on drums and Roland Bakker on Hammond and piano From the moment that, only aged thirteen, Julian listened to Muddy Waters and later on he became a deep Rory Gallagher’s fan, music has always been his faithful friend, his life and his passion Now the music road remains open for him, so I am sure it will lead him to some new interesting musical projects
