Since his first album Back Of My Mind recorded in 2008, singer and guitarist JP Soars has managed to put together varied and different influences to build up a sound that goes beyond the simple personal taste His music gathers traces of artists like Muddy Waters or Guitar Slim, but also jazz giants such as Django Reinhardt or West Montgomery and even drives us to Black Sabbath, that show the originality and the diversity of styles this musician combines on an original and cool performing JP Soars is an experienced artist who really knows what he wants and how to reach it This is his third studio work he recorded in spring 2014 where Soars and his band perfectly illustrate the wide range of musical styles and tastes they have got along their musical career Besides JP Soars on vocals and guitar, you will also find Steve Laudicina as second guitar, Pat Ward on bass and Chris Peet on drums After listening to this cd, I dare say this new value has a great future ahead
