After the success of their previous two albums Two Hits For The Kitty and Get Gone, Johnny And The Blocks have decided to come back to the recording studions to do a new piece of work on a traditional blues style The recording was done last year at RiverSide Productions studios, leaded by piano player Johnny Altenburgh, with guitar player Chris O’Keefe, John Greiner on sax and Keras Rubka-Nimz on guitar and vocals, together with the amazing singer Kevin Moore Two veteran outstanding artists joined the recording sessions, drummer Ryan Korb and bass player Bruce Lammers The rest of musicians were Mitch Viegut guitar, Bob Kase trumpet and Paula Hall, Ellen Altenburgh and Dave Baher as backing vocals A vary interesting album, based on shuffles, jump, slow blues, funky blues, rhythm and blues and rockin’ blues you will certainly appreciate as soon as you listen to it
