Along his already long career, singer, songwriter and guitar player Joe Louis Walker has received a good number of awards and recognitions. Six times Blues Music Awards winner, nominated to Grammy Awards and inducted to the Blues Hall Of Fame, are really good reasons that guarantee the career and experience of this actual contemporary blues musician.

This just released album has been recorded under the clever supervision of renowned producer Eric Corne (John Mayall, Walter Trout, Sugaray Rayford) and includes ten songs that show Walter’s varied influences, ranging from the most traditional soul to gospel, funk, New Orleans music, jazz, rock ‘n’ roll and, of course, blues. In all these styles Joe Louis shows he is a versatile guitar player and a top singer.

In the album Joe Louis Walker is on guitar, slide, harmonica and vocals. He is joined by Scott Milici on keyboards, Geoff Murfitt on bass or John Medeiros Jr. on drums, as well as a horn section and some other guest musicians.
