To celebrate his thirty anniversary on the road and always active, singer and guitar player Jo’ Buddy has just published a new piece of work that is supported with the participation of legendary piano player and singer Gene Taylor The album ‘line up’ is excellent too Besides Jo’ Buddy’s guitar and vocals, you will also find Jarko ‘Crawfish King’ Helin on accordion, Masa Orpana on tenor sax, Tommi ‘Tempere’ Tenjula on bass, Tommi Laine on rubboard, Wiley Cousins on piano and organ, Wang Dang Juke on harmonica, Kingfish Wilie on drums, Gene Taylor on piano and his fellow Down Home Kink III on drums too All them are Scandinavian musicians except American piano players Gene Taylor and Wiley Cousins The twelve album songs are Buddy’s own compositions he has written along the last twenty-five years In every song Buddy shows the excellent creative skills he has to rightly mix such different styles like rock ‘n’ roll, garage music, swamp, cajun, zydeco, soul, country and other musical rich faces
