Jesse Dayton is a remarkable songwriter, virtuoso guitar player, storyteller, frontman in his band but also backing musician in other groups, producer and a tireless worker in the music business. With a career spanning several decades, Dayton has managed to leave his trademark in the musical genres he performs.

Gone are the days when he started to play with The Road Kings, to later on begin to collaborate with artists like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson, Samantha Fish, Willie Nelson or Gun’s ‘N Roses, only to name a few.

Now Jesse performs more than a hundred concerts per year, both leading his band or backing other renowned musicians as Samantha Fish. His charismatic stage presence and his personal repertoire he displays with a mixture of old-school country, rock and even punk, make him be a very special artist, who every day adds new appealing devices to his repertoire.

This new recording oozes energy and electricity. It includes ten songs which were recorded in less than a week, capturing many of the influences that, over the years, Jesse Dayton has taken up that go from 70’s rock to power pop, a little bit of blues or some groove, all spiced with touches of punk, which makes as a result a dynamic daring album.
