Thanks to the legendary rock pioneers like The Rolling Stones or The Animals, when he was practically a child Jérôme Piétri discovered rock music and, later on, he went into the blues roads. At the age of twenty and thanks a casual meeting at a recording studio with Mick Ronson, at that time David Bowie’s guitar player, he decided to be a musician, which led him to collaborate with Jean Louis Murat or to play in Pink Floyd Tribute at the Olympia, performing a good number of shows.

Since then on his career has gone as a one man band, besides to carry out a pedagogical project for schools, form a band and record this album that, as you will immediately realize simply by seeing its cover, communicates a totally ecological message to raise the awareness of most listeners. A special mention to Jérôme’s smashing devastating guitar work, overlapping some ones over the others with a terrific effectiveness and great colorfulness.

Along the ten album songs Piétri is well backed by able musicians who help to give brightness to the real exhibition of rock songs Piétri has selected. They are François “Mr. White” Blanc on bass, drummers Chris Boragno and Thierry Domas, together with Fabienne Della on backing vocals.
