If you have closely followed the career of this musician called Jeff Jensen, you may already have noticed how he has overcome himself during the last years and this album, released quite a few months ago, really proves it Jeff Jensen is an extremely effective and powerful singer, a clever producer and composer, as well as a guitarist gifted with a warm temperament The mixture of blues, soul, Americana and West Coast swing he plays is really exciting but, overall, is firmly based on effective strong foundations Three years ago Jeff left California, the place he was born, to settle in Memphis where he immediately started to work along Beale Street clubs together with harmonica player Brandon Santini, with an amazing magical communication between them Shortly after Jeff felt he should put his music in an album, so he locked himself up in the studios together with his musicians, Bill Ruffino bass, James Cunninham drums and Chris Stephenson organ, plus the collaboration of Victor Wainwraight piano and Brandon Santini harmonica, to complete this magnificent album, which summarizes with an effective delicate taste, the music this man is able to give us along this superb collection of ten excellent high quality songs
