Guitar player Javier Tijuana is a blues activist in Valencia area His tireless work has led him to create the first blues society of his city, to organize different blues events and, of course, form his own band Tijuana Blues After the release of various albums, he now presents his first recording published under his own name This is an original project including six instrumental songs that let us discover the technique, resources and the open mindedness of this guitar player who is able to perform the sweatiest blues as well as the most sophisticated jazz and groove To do so he has counted with excellent musicians such as Ernesto Molina on bass, Joaquin Espinosa on drums, Josep Genoll on organ in four songs and Lucho Aguilar on double bass in two songs This is a different very special recording that will enable us to discover the qualities of this excellent and elegant guitar player called Javier Tijuana
