Jack Bon is a man completely devoted to the mission of preaching, spreading and living the blues He teaches, gives lectures or master classes and goes to play to every place he is requested, either alone or on a duo, trio or band format He can play both in acoustic and electric and he always performs with a deep hones feeling, giving the best of him in each show, so his attitude is the one of a true bluesman For this album Jack Bon Slim has decided to include a four musicians band which, besides himself on guitar, vocals and arrangements, presents Laurent Falso on percussion and vocals and Chris Michel on bass and vocals, plus Gilles Carducci on harmonica and keyboards in some cuts Jack Bon and his guys display a quite simple and straightforward blues but, at the same time, completely honest and full of good vibrations The group sounds totally teamed so the natural and simple arrangements of the versions they give us are really tasteful and perfect for their musical style
