From the district of Queens in New York comes the last recording of Hollis Brown, a band which has now reached a great popularity in different musical environments, from the most elegant circles to the most underground and alternative ones of the skyscrapers city Formed by Mike Montalban on guitar and vocals, Jonathan Bonilla on soloist guitar, Adam Bock on keyboards and Andrew Zehnal on drums, since 2013 they have published a good number of albums, where among them, we should mention a tribute to the legendary Lou Reed’s and Nico’s band Velvet Underground This album includes ten songs that cover a wide range of styles, flavors, colors and scents, firmly rooted in Americana and pop rock music which are developed and performed with an amazing good coordinated dynamism, without forgetting some poetical touches The album was recorded at Unity Gain Studios in Fort Meyers in the middle of the beautiful and sunny Florida, under the supervision and production of Adam Landry who has done an excellent job The result is an album with all the ingredients to satisfy the expectations of all sophisticated Americana music lovers
