Born November 3, 1982 in Germany, Henrik Freischlader is a self-taught guitar player, singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Along his career he has shared stage with such great artists like B.B. King, Gary Moore, Peter Green, Johnny Winter, Joe Bonamassa or Tedeschi Trucks Band.

Although his guitar style moves among styles like rock, jazz, soul or funk, the blues has always been the support to develop his undeniable technique. Nevertheless, he also is able to play other instruments like drums or bass.

Henrik has released several albums up to date. In 2009 he published a studio recording entitled “Recorded by Martin Meinschäfer” where he played all the instruments like guitar, bass, drums, percussion and Hammond, also composing all the album songs. Twelve years later Henrik has decided to publish the second part of that album, with twelve own compositions which are like a new beginning but, at the same time, like coming back home. As in that previous album, Henrik plays all the instruments, except Hammond and Fender Rhodes where you will find Moritz Fuhrhop on them.

Both when he plays with band or when he faces a more personal project like this new recording, Henrik Freischlader shows he is a complete musician with a lot of ideas to develop and contribute to the actual blues rock scene.
