Hank’s popularity is daily increasing and he is gradually becoming one of the best rock-pop artists with deep folk roots music and a big dose of guitar. His wide range of different musical styles can be found again in this fifth work recorded for German label Crosscut Records that have really trusted on him. Born in 1966, Hank Shizzoe is now living in Switzerland. He was originally influenced by musicians like Ry Cooder, J.J. Cale, Mark Knopfler, Billy Gibbons or Keith Richards, which become evident along his own compositions included on previous and this new cd. “Out And About” is a good record with fourteen carefully done songs where rock, pop and folk influences prevail on them.
