Not too long ago Hadden Sayers published an album entitled Dopamine Machine It featured a hard rock blues style, showing the most electric and powerful facet of this veteran Texan singer, guitar player and songwriter After the album release Hadden Sayers immediately realized those songs he had included in the cd also had a deep intimacy and much to say if they were performed in an acoustic way and in a more relaxed atmosphere To do so he locked himself in his room, making all the necessary arrangements to get the right songs climax to be recorded totally acoustic He did it at Sonic Lounge Studios in Groove City, Ohio under the clever supervision of engineer Joe Viers, that made as a result eleven songs mixed by Chad Carlson at Nashville’s Cabana Sound Studios Besides Hadden Sayers on acoustic guitar and vocals, you will also find Ruthie Foster in one song and Jim Ed Cobbs on various percussions
