Here comes a Spanish band, led by a Canadian musician settled in Cáceres, which perform the blues with good taste and great personality Guitar Not So Slim fellows may not shine as virtuoso instrumentalists, but they sound balanced, teamed and tasty They do not want to dazzle anyone, but their aim is to make audience enjoy joyful pleasant moments with their new way to conceive and play both old blues, with contributions and original arrangements that give a cool exciting atmosphere to their particular blues vision, as well as modern contemporary blues Own funny songs that ooze happiness to make listeners forget daily problems and appreciate the band, provided one approached them without any prejudices Guitar Not So Slim are hitting strong in Spain, not in vain they have shared stage with Charlie Musselwhite, Bobby Rush, Lucky Peterson Candye Kane or Lil’ Ed & The Blues Imperials at Cazorla Blues Festival which makes them to feel very proud about it The band musicians are Troy Nahumko guitar and vocals, Moi Martin double bass and vocals, José Luis Naranjo harmonica and Lalo Gonzalez drums and percussion
