There are some musicians whose life is a true odyssey and Guitar Mikey is one of them From his country Canada, Mikey has travelled down to the South, visiting a lot of cities and states, always leaving his mark in every place he has played Guitar Mikey has lived in Chicago and Boston and he has finally settled in Clarksdale, Mississippi, always playing his particular mixture of rock-blues leaving behind him a stamp his followers could hardly forget This is an album full of a fierce energy in all and each one of the tracks included, where Mikey shows all his powerful style and terrific sound with amazing solos and intense guitar riffs that will strongly hit the heart of every listener Guitar Mikey is a cool versatile flaming artist and the musicians who back him sound teamed, with a precision and good taste along the fifteen album songs A special mention to Billy Gibson’s colorful harmonica playing in the songs The Bigger Fool, Need 100 and She Needs Time also with the wonderful voice of Nellie ‘Tiger’ Travis and finally Dave Maxwell’s piano in Out Of The Box
