A new Californian contemporary blues and rhythm and blues band with the name of Gravel & Grace, bursts into the record market with his debut album Good chance brought together two good singers like Big Earl Matthews, a veteran of the Californian blues scene with more than twenty years of experience, and the young Ava Grace who, only aged seventeen, is a passionate blues lover, thanks to her family roots that come from Mississippi Both have joined forces and their distinctive talents that combine youth and experience, to form this band that also includes Isaac Lewis and Ricky Galvan on guitars, William Meléndez on sax, Joshua Broom on bass, Raymond Vazira on drums and Bart Szopinski on keyboards Besides a good introduction of this interesting group, the album includes nine own compositions, plus a cover of Rihanna’s song Love On The Brain With the album release, the popularity of Gravel & Grace has non-stopped to grow in California, a success we hope will now help them to expand their projection further up the state borders
