This album introduces an unaffected Italian band with a raw naked sound and performing a great dose of rock-blues, which appeared in Turin in year 2014 The group is formed by Camilla Maina on vocals, Umberto Poli on guitar, Gianfranco Nasso on bass and Samuel Napoli on drums Listening to the album songs, you will immediately realize their influences are deeply anchored in Willie Dixon blues but also in Led Zeppelin energetic sounds, phrasing and melodies they certainly pay tribute, which becomes evident when you listen to some of the album tracks The band belongs to the new generation of European blues, which gives them a cool fresh air but at the same time technique enough to surprise most listeners with a repertoire that, without getting away from the traditional forms, sounds eclectic, powerful and consistent to satisfy the demands of 21st century audiences Six incendiary old song versions plus two own compositions give shape to this recording that becomes an excellent introduction for a band with a great future ahead
