Fantastic album from an impressing musician and, when I say MUSICIAN, I write it with capital letters Glen Terry invites us to walk along all Afroamerican ways, that is to say, blues, soul, funk, rhythm & blues, gospel… A cd where he cleverly and tastefully combines all mentioned musical styles, from an intimistic honest inner outlook, and he does it with the valuable support of a group of effective musicians, all them gifted with a powerful straight groove, able to impress people with a slightest musical concern Glen’s voice is deep and intense, he has also got an excellent tasteful guitar technique, a huge ability and good taste as a song writer All mentioned skills become evident along this new album where he has got a passionate but at the same time relaxed atmosphere
