From Memphis, Tennessee comes The Ghost Town Blues Band to put order and show how they take the reins of Memphis scene The band has a powerful incredible live sound, able to catch all the audiences who crow their shows All the intensity they communicate on stage has been gathered in this new work, which was recorded live from the historic Lafayette Music Room in Memphis during and unforgettable impressive show they performed on July 29, 2017 Nine songs, five of them coming from band leader Matt Isbell and the rest versions of popular songs like Come Together by Lennon and McCartney or Whipping Post by Greg Allman The band faithfully collects all the essence of raw and rough southern rock and blues Matt Isbell on vocals, guitar, cigar box and harmonica, Taylor Orr on guitar and vocals, Tim Stanek on Hammond B-3, piano and keyboards, Suavo Jones and trombone and vocals, Kevin Houston on sax and vocals, Matt Karner on bass and vocals and Preston McEwen on drums show that, in spite their youth age, they really know all blues and southern music resources to produce a high level recording
