After recording his first album, George Taylor decided to travel to the Delta to discover the blues roots, a kind of music that has always interested him and he respectfully loved Finally his trip took him to Austin, Texas, where he recorded this album In that city George meet some of the most popular names in country music, so this album is more close to country & western than to the blues In fact, we could define all cd songs as a mixture of Americana, folk and country with nice touches of harmonica and pedal steel guitar, all flavoured with honest lyrics sung with a suggestive melodious voice that gives character and an expressive strength to the whole recording Besides George Taylor on vocals, acoustic and electric guitars, lap guitar and harmonica, the other musicians who form the band are Justin Douglas on pedal steel, bass, dobro and backing vocals, Blake Lange on percussion, Cody Ground on keyboards and Jerry Reynolds on fiddle This is a peaceful calm album, quite easy to digest where you will not find any artificial music
