I exactly reproduce some of the comments record label Gaztelupeko Hotsak tells about the band: Music is music and this is what Gatos Bizcos do Music with all kind of different influences: blues, rock, soul, swing, boogie always with energy enough not to let people indifferent That said, you will find eleven songs, some ones are the band own compositions, together with different tributes to other musicians, especially Eddie C Campbell, a Chicago bluesman Gatos Bizcos backed when he played some gigs in Spain Gatos Bizcos are Quique Gómez, harmonica, vocals and guitar, (he has shared stage with Bob Stroger, Jimmy Burns or Tail Dragger among others), Pablo Sanpa, guitar (Pablo has done different collaborations with Red House and has shared stage with Gene Taylor and Lou Marini), Héctor Rojo bass (he currently works regularly with De Pedro and Josele Santiago) and finally drummer Miguel Ángel Benito This is an interesting album that gathers many styles of black music In the second album Eurovegas, the band sounds much more teamed, with more clear ideas and a much more professional work than in the previous one Eurovegas becomes a riot of swing along the twelve appetizing songs that are displayed with a natural good taste that will immediately catch the attention of all listeners, as the music flows on an unaffected way, thanks to the cleverness and excellent performing of all musicians involved Besides the four band musicians, this time they have also included a bunch of guest players and a horn section in three tracks, which help to round up a very interesting well done album
