Countless are the versions one can find about The Beatles’ songs From Ella Fitzgerald to Elvis Presley, Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin or Ray Charles, to only mention a few black music artists who did it One can say there is no renowned artist who sometimes has not included in his repertoire a song of The Fab Four Gaetano Letizia also known as Tom, is a guitar player and blues singer from Cleveland, Ohio area Born in 1951 Gaetano began to play blues when he was only sixteen Besides playing in Robert Lockwood Jr band, he has also gathered influences from musicians like Albert King, Muddy Waters or BB King among others In year 2010 he formed his own band with bass player Lenny Gray and drummer Michael D’Elia The three have now published this Beatles’ tribute album, with seventeen songs coming from legendary Liverpool band where, besides displaying songs in a quite faithful way to the originals, they have also given them a certain bluesy air to give joy and pleasure both to Beatles and blues lovers
