An effective exciting road blues band which will delight those who enjoy blues in the path of The Nighthawks, Cash Box Kings and other similar bands Front Street Blues Band was formed in 2004 by bass player Tracy Garneau and his friend guitar player Cliff McClanahan, which were joined by harmonica player Brian Smith -who became the band lead singer- and drummer Greg Manning Tired of always playing the same rock and blues standards such as Mustang Sally or Old Time Rock And Roll, they decided to start writing their songs, and this album is a good example of the music they do Original compositions displayed with personality and style combine in the cd, performed with good taste and skill If you like bands which cleverly mix jumpin’ to Detroit jivin’ and rockin’-boogie-blues, I recommend you to get this album
