After a shipwreck people are only able to collect the remaining things and start again. This is the spirit of the new Family Folks’ recording, a band that treasures influences and varied experiences of roots music, where country and Americana music prevail, although they also add rock & roll, pop and sixties and seventies psychedelia elements.

This last recording shows the band musical evolution because, without leaving aside their basic influences, they have started a new musical journey, developing more elaborated and better designed songs, that show a greater maturity, both in compositions and in their musical display, that will leave a deep mark in listeners’ most primitive senses.

Family Folks are Bosco Hill on vocals, guitar and banjo, Rubén Xuarez on vocals, guitar and mandolin, Xabier Vieitez on keyboards and vocals, Jorge Lorre on bass and vocals and Rufus El Guarro on drums and vocals. In the recording you will also find Oscar Abedaño on harmonica and Paulo Pascual on theremin.
