    Valoración: VERY GOOD

Guitar player, singer and song writer Eli Cook exceeds with this new álbum the expectations put of him, cooking a daring eclectic album, where the blues prevails over other sounds, always with the distinctive stamp of this musician Eli Cook performs with conviction fourteen semi-acoustic songs, nine own ones and the rest come from different artists like Skip James, Irving Porter, Nick Drake and Charles Brown Besides Eli Cook on vocals, guitar and mandolin, you will find Brian ‘Boogie’ Thomas bass, Wade Warfield drums and percussion and Wavorly Milor on harmonica in some tracks All songs are presented on a easy simple way, but at the same time full of inspiration and talent but over all with a bold bearing, as there also are heartbreaking tracks like Snake Charm, closer to garage alternative blues than to classic blues Anyway and generally speaking, the result is totally satisfying and very positive
