After publishing a successful cd entitled Rise, now Eddie Turner brings his new one recorded for NorthernBlues He has hopefully worked to produce an honest but at the same time quite different work The Turner Diaries could be defined as a collection of cool well sharpened tunes Twelve well connected songs, with perfectly defined subject matters and patterns Once again Turner’s musical influences can be found on blues, rock, some jazz or afro-cuban music and the cd is a good example Eddie is on top form and his inspiration and skill on guitar becomes evident in every single note He is also gifted with an amazing technique and an own style based on so different guitar masters like Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Beck, he has totally taken in In short words, more than an excellent record that should be taken into account
