Juicy, interesting and funny, always ready to conquer listeners hearts and souls with melodies inspired by old folk music coming from Bob Willis, Milton Brown and many others western swing old masters with became popular among 30’s and 40’s people, as well as a deep deep influence into white American music with a good dose of elements coming from swing, blues, country and even Mexico border music I am talking about Dr Maha`s Miracle Tonic, an Spanish band who feel familiar and comfortable with the music they play Now they give us a rich musical and poetical work, which looks very inspired and daring in all forms, ideas and concepts that, undoubtedly, challenge everything we are used to listen to, standing out among other less original groups which, sometimes, get more popularity they really deserve Patxi López Monasterio is on drums and washboard, Daniel González on double bass and backing vocals, David Sánchez Damián on guitar, bouzoki and lead vocals, sweet Nerea Alberdi plays violin and does backing vocals too and finally Sergio Llanos is on banjo and guitar This is a fantastic group which presents a unique album that cannot be compared with any other in our country except, may be, our friends Lluís Gómez and his musicians in Barcelona
