Dmitri is a North Carolina singer and guitar player who, for more than thirty years, has been active in blues business, starting as a musician when he was only sixteen years old.

Over the years Dmitri has developed an extensive career, visiting more than twenty-five states in USA, also performing in Canada or Italy stages and mostly receiving good comments from audiences who have seen and listened to him live, who say his delivery and commitment are remarkable.

During the twelve years he lived in New Orleans, Dmitri Resnik learned a lot, as he backed countless musicians and performed regularly along city clubs and venues of the area. When he was member of Noble Coyotes he shared stage with Anson Funderburgh or The Nighthawks, the band led by harmonica player and singer Mark Wenner.

Dmitri Resnik has released twelve albums so far, the first in 1998. For this fourteen songs new release, Resnik has decided to play on a trio format, where he is on guitar, vocals, flute, piano and whistling, Ben Palmer is on double bass and George Hindenach on drums, plus the collaboration of his son Samuel Resnik on trombone in the song “Back To The Corn Crib”. It is a varied, enjoyable and, in different aspects, quite interesting recording.
