San Francisco Bay area singer and guitar player Dennis Johnson brings us his last album, where his purpose has been to include a bright variety of styles, music and sounds, a brightness combination that goes from American music to roots music, blues, Latin, rock, folk and even a controlled improvisation He has connected all this material with an amazing technique on slide guitar he is an accomplished performer and surprises us with some innovative harmonies quite different to what we are used to taste With all these just mentioned resources, it is easy to conclude this album has a rich variety of perfectly assembled styles and rhythms he has managed to squeeze all the juice of this attractive proposal This experienced musician called Dennis Johnson has been well supported by Craig Long on keyboards and backing vocals, Jonathan Stoyanoff on bass and Tim Metz on drums This is a curious attractive album that will give a good relaxing time to everyone who listens to it
