Tom Gray and Mark Johnson are two excellent slide guitar player who come back again to bring us his tenth album that includes nine original songs and three beautiful covers This time Gray sings and plays guitars, keyboards and harmonica, Mark is on guitar and backing vocals, while Franher Joseph is on bass and backing vocals together with Marlon Patton who plays drums Both guitars met by chance in a music store in Atlanta They started to talk and Tom tried to sell Mark a dobro on the back of his van After haggling over, Mark did not buy it, but they exchanged telephones and shortly after they were playing together in joints, bars and clubs of Atlanta area The album picks up all those original rhythms of the shady and dark Mississippi roads with a unique intensity and a fine quality, driving us to those hidden road bars, where blues and Americana music come together and become an essential part of that special landscape, which becomes familiar to every one who loves this kind of music
