    Valoración: GREAT

The album presents a trio with Dale Anderson guitar and vocals, Jody Vanesky harmonica and vocals and David Will drums, washboard and vocals The three musicians perform a fresh and powerful contemporary Delta blues that will drive you crazy when you listen to the first notes of their original version of I’m So Glad by Skip James, which was popularized in 1970 by The Cream of Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker and Eric Clapton The trio performs twelve songs mostly written by guitar player Dale Anderson, plus a song by the harmonica player Jody Vanesky and three ‘covers’, such as the previously mentioned Skip James’ one, together with Can’t Be Satisfied by Muddy Waters and Good Morning Blues by Huddie Ledbetter A very interesting album where the musicians lively capture the bayous style and, as they say, sometimes their sound is ‘sexy, smoky and slow’ and other times they are like ‘a stream of energy that shakes and moves all your essence’ In short words, a very interesting album
