Probably this artist will be completely unknown for the habitual readers of these reviews However, great John Sebastian, former Lovin’ Spoonful leader, says wonderful things about this Oregon coming singer, guitar player and song writer who faces songs with an extreme good taste and sensibility His style can be defined as roots music, with deep blues, country & western and folk influences For Up To y Neck, Delmark Goldfarb has relied on an excellent musical backing support which give a roosty air to the songs that sometimes remind Bob Dylan’s, Jackson Browne’s or Bonnie Raitt’s music It is an excellent cd to enjoy while travelling along long roads or national highways
