Dany Franchi is an Italian singer and guitar player born in 1990 In a short time Dany has walked from starting as an unknown musician to consolidate himself as one of the most complete blues musicians of actual blues scene, thanks to his personal voice and his special guitar playing, quite simple but, at the same time, strong and respectful with tradition Franchi has built his career in the United States, recording his first album in 2014 together with Sean Carney, as well as playing at the most prestigious festivals all over the country This last album has been produced by Anson Funderburgh and Don Ritter and recorded at the prestigious Wire Studios in Austin, Texas Ten of the thirteen album songs are Franchi’s own songs, combines with three magnificent versions, Big Town Playboy coming from Eddie Taylor, Sen-Sa-Shun by Freddie King and Everything Gonna Be Alright by Willie Dixon, where he displays his personal stamp and special tasteful arrangements Together with a handful of excellent musicians, Dany Franchi shows why his name is climbing to prominent positions among the musicians of his generation
