For this last release, singer, guitar player and composer Chris Bergson has left aside his usual band to do a solo recording, with the only backing of his electric guitar to, in this way, show listeners his excellent skills as a writer and composer.

The album was recorded over two days in March 2020 in New York, in the middle of the pandemic period, and includes some excellent own compositions, as well as four songs coming from Richard Julian, Glenn Patscha, Chuck Berry and Bob Dylan.

Although Chris Bergson’s best known facet is as leader of his own band, this time his aim was to give off all the music elements that usually surround him, in order to complete an intimate album, to show his skills and his special sensitivity, a virtue he tastefully develops when he approaches a relaxing repertoire, together with very elaborate lyrics with the purpose to move listener’s minds.

So here comes a reliable and honest musician, who brings sensitivity and a breath of fresh air to the actual time musical context.
