Although he is best known as a comedian, Chris “Badnews” Barnes is also a remarkable blues rock singer. He has earned a living as a comedian in various humor television shows, as well as backing some of the musicians who appeared on those programs. In 2017 he decided to start the adventure of releasing his first solo album “Hokum Blues”. Two years later, he worked with renowned producer Tony Braunagel for his second album, “Live”, which reached number eight on the Billboard charts. For this third album he has counted with the famous producer Tom Hambridge who also is on drums and co-writing with Chris all the album songs.
