When Grammy winner producer and sound engineer Tony Daigle saw by chance a Cary Morin’s live show at the club Artmosphere in Lafayette, Louisiana, he was totally impressed by his guitar technique, his personal songs and captivating voice He immediately decided he had to record him so the result is this album Over the years Cary Morin has developed a style he calls Native Americana that could be defined as a mixture of American roots music with jazz, blues, country, bluegrass and even swamp bayou music, styles where he adds a fitting voice that enables him to sing from sad ballads to more tough songs but, at the same time, really spicy and full of vitality A remarkable fingerpickin’ style master, Morin also loves zydeco, cajun and Piedmont blues music, sounds that also appear in this album that gathers twelve own songs, where he is surrounded by Corey Ledet on accordion, Eric Adcock on piano, hammond B-3 and keyboards, Beau Thomas on fiddle, John Fohl and Keith Blair on guitars, Lee Allen Zeno on bass, Brian Brignac on drums and Celeste Di Lorio on vocal harmonies
