Butch Taylor is an excellent singer and guitar player, who perfectly knows rock-blues language and cleverly builds up a ‘live’ recorded cd with communicative passion Gifted with a smooth guitar technique, Butch tastefully walks along classic tunes like I’m Tore Down, Born Under A Bad Sign or Messin’ With The Kid, doing a good professional work that will satisfy listeners by his mastery class, together with the good backing band support of two excellent musicians like Wendy Simmons-Taylor on bass and Joe Sullivan on drums, plus a powerful four players horn section, a keyboards player and Inez Wilson voice as guest musician in some tracks who all make a breathtaking recording You will not be disappointed If you take into account this review and get a cd copy
