Here comes a group of good friends, who have joined forces in a common cause, to play blues with their own stamp and personality The quartet performs classic but at the same time, dark blues covers such as Big Boss Man, Drink Muddy Water or Walkin’ By Myself, together with some other songs like Bad Boy, Tulsa Time,, Baby Work Out or Got Me Runnin’ among others The band sounds good and teamed, with the original touch of Levi Lloyd’s guitar and Ron Lacey’s keyboard, who give a colourful fantasy to the twelve tracks included in the cd which were recorded on a single day Brothercat are Lloyd Levy on vocals and guitar, Ron Lacey on vocals and keyboards, JB Davis, on bass and vocals and finally Charterman on drums You will also find two guest musicians in the album, David Sydney Scott on tenor sax in Walkin’ By Myself and Bill Noteman harmonica in a couple of cuts A good attractive band performing with great determination, I’m sure you will really enjoy as far as you listen to this record that sounds pleasant, smooth and appealing from the beginning to the end
