Brad “Guitar” Wilson is one of the most accomplished contemporary blues singers and guitar players of today blues scene. His style is totally refreshing, inspiring and colorful, but he also is a real entertainer who knows how to catch listeners with those licks and guitar phrasing that wrap all his songs, always full of joy and dynamism.

In September 1922 Brad opened for the legendary Chicago, previously known as Chicago Transit Authority, at four shows in California. From then on, they became good friends and Brad Wilson opened their shows in countless times, although he has also opened for other artists like Buddy Guy, Marshall Tucker Band or Tommy Castro among others. Besides, his song “Teaser” from the film “Vampires” directed by John Carpenter reached number one in the charts. Since there on, Wilson began to collaborate regularly with John Carpenter in other films and projects.

The album includes thirteen songs, nine own compositions, four covers and one coming from the album’s producer Francis Buckley, which clearly show the skill and intensity Wilson is able to communicate with his guitar, also adding a more than a remarkable voice, in a repertoire full of groove, expressiveness and power, where you will also find some delicious ballads masterfully displayed by Brad “Guitar” Wilson and his fantastic band, where the contribution of piano player Chris Rhyne should also be highlighted.
