Two years have gone by since Bossa Nova Beatniks published their previous recording Besides doing different live shows, during these two years the band has devoted to work hard to prepare this new album they now bring us To do so they have copied to digital format some studio tapes, but they have also finished or composed some new material that you will find in the album The band has also counted with the collaboration of some good musicians and friends like Sherryl Marshall, Monica Passin, Chris James or John Tabacco who have helped to give shape and a good dose of quality to this good, funny refreshing album, adding their personal attractive vision to a selection of peculiar innovative songs Led by singer and bass player Tom Gould, this new Bossa Nova Beatniks recording follows the path of what we usually expect from them This is an album full of original, honest and casual songs with the only aim to bring fun and joy to every listener so, although they no longer are reading William Burroughs, William Ferlinguetti, Jack Kerouac, Phillip Mantleia or Allen Ginsberg, they are still the most genuine beatniks
